Lexington Police Officer Hurt in Motorcycle CrashDecember 3, 2013 WTVQ Admin, A Lexington police officer legs ended up hurt during a motorcycle crash Tuesday night on Newtown Pike.Police say the officer lost control of the motorcycle and fell around 8:30. The officer had just left Lexington Christmas parade. Police call the injuries to the officer legs serious. According to police, the driver of a UPS truck saw the crash occur, and stopped his truck on the outbound side of Newtown in a way that blocked cars from hitting the officer. Police praised the driver actions.The officer name has not been released.
